This Privacy Policy explains how Call Sheet Platform ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, protects, and handles personal data, production details, and roster contact information across our platform.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of organizers, talent, and crew members. By using our application, live shared links, or PDF exports, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
a) Information You Provide
• Organizer Profile: Name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Call Sheet Details: Shoot title, concept, shoot date, start time, location address, parking, entrance, and floor details.
• Roster Details: Talent names, call times, height, shoe sizes, phone numbers, emails, social handles, and notes.
• Crew Details: Crew names, department roles, phone numbers, emails, and social handles.
• Moodboard Content: Moodboard links and reference images.
b) Information Collected Automatically
• Device type, browser environment, operating system, and IP address.
• Page usage stats (e.g. public call sheet viewer visits, fast-add calendar link clicks, PDF download requests).
- Generating live call sheet viewer pages and PDF summaries for production teams.
- Enforcing organizer-selected visibility rules (All Visible, Talent Only, Crew Only, or All Hidden).
- Providing 1-click Google Calendar & Outlook fast-add integration links.
- Sending essential account notifications and password reset emails.
- Ensuring application security and preventing fraudulent usage.
We never sell your personal or production data. Roster contact details (phones, emails, handles) are displayed strictly according to the organizer's active visibility setting. When an organizer hides contact info, those fields are stripped from public view pages.
We retain production call sheets as long as your account remains active or until you delete a call sheet from your dashboard. Organizers can request complete account and data deletion by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL), Firebase Authentication, and Firestore Security Rules to protect your production data from unauthorized access.
Our platform is intended for professional production organizers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors without parental/guardian consent.
