By creating an account, publishing a photoshoot call sheet, or accessing a shared call sheet link, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our service.

You must be at least 18 years old or an authorized crew/talent representative to create organizer accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your organizer account.

Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shoot details (including shoot titles, dates, start times, call times, location addresses, parking instructions, and contact details) are accurate and current. The platform is not responsible for production delays resulting from incorrect details entered by organizers.

Organizers agree to obtain proper consent from talent and crew members before adding their contact numbers, emails, or social media handles to call sheets. Organizers can configure visibility controls (All Visible, Talent Only, Crew Only, or All Hidden). We enforce these rules on public viewer pages.

• Publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent production call sheets.
• Uploading offensive, unlawful, or harmful material in moodboard references.
• Attempting to bypass visibility controls or access unauthorized private call sheet links.
• Disrupting, hacking, or attempting to compromise platform security.

Organizers retain full ownership of production data, crew rosters, talent lists, and moodboard images uploaded. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and render this material for the purpose of serving your call sheets.

Our platform provides 1-click Google Calendar and Outlook export links. We do not guarantee third-party calendar availability or sync behavior on end-user devices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive practices on the platform.

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for production losses, scheduling conflicts, weather disruptions, or disputes between organizers, crew, or talent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
